Distribution and supplier businesses still run orders on paper and scattered spreadsheets — field reps visit shops, office staff reconcile manually, and distributors get assignments by phone. Multi-product operations with many employees need one system with clear roles, not physical ledgers.
// What I built
I built OrdraDesk as a Next.js web application for distribution companies managing orders across multiple desks and product lines. Field staff capture orders from client shops, office staff arrange and assign them to distributors, and each role sees only what they need — replacing paper trails with a single digital workflow. Built on Firebase/Firestore, better-auth with role-based access, TanStack Query, AI SDK (Groq) for assisted order flows, and Excel/PDF export helpers.
